Superior divisions have control of the army depending of their position:
War leader: They must be at every battle, if that’s not possible, a superior soldier should give the order.
Commander: They can make, cancel or change events exept wars by them, for example, they can make a recluiting, if that recluiting is made at 1:00 PM PST (Penguin Standard Time) they can move the recluiting for 4:00 PM PST or they can cancel it. But, however, they need to tell the president of this army before doing that.
Inferior Leader: They can control diplomacy, rules and events of the army. If they keep ruling good the army they maybe become Co-leaders.
Co-leader: They have to administrate the site, when the leader of the army get’s for example, at holydays they can become leaders until the leader of the army returns, but they can’t make stuff, for example, turn the army into a dictatorship. They can become leaders completely when there is an election, if some of them get’s voted more than others, he is now the leader of the army.
Leaders: They rule the entire army. That means they can rule the goverment, the rules, the positions, divisions, occupants and many more.
Before you enter this division, you have to have a wordpress blog, be loyal and active soldier, and you need to be on the highest rank on the divisions. (you can choose if you want to be on superior division or not).
The superior division may can only do determined stuff, but they have something at common.
They have to add people to the ranks if they asked to join. Because some day, the army will have thousands of petitions to join, and a simple leader canno’t hang out with all that alone, he needs someone to help him.
Conditions for the remplacing leaders (those who become leaders when the other one is at trip):
1) No changing the army goverment.
2) Don’t be with wishes of taking over CP, we could end up like the CPC (Club Penguin Crew) if that happens.
