1 – Goverment
The army has Representative Democratic Goverment, meaning that is a mix of Democracy and Republic and the elected representatives rule. (they are chosen by the people’s majority). So, our full name is DRPCP (Democratic Republic of the Persians of Club Penguin)

2 – About Economic Division
At our actual servers, we can help people to stay safe and fun, but to equilibrate the order and peace, too, that’s why we created the Economic division! And at this section you will learn about it.
The economic division is not like other divisions, they are too diferent, for example, they can choose wich rank they want to be, and they don’t go to wars! So, here are the details of them:
Helper: To become an helper, you must be a tour guide. They help people at our servers if they have any problem, for example, they don’t know about the games.
Peace keeper: They keep at peace at the server, if there is something wrong at the server, they fix that problem. They also keep it safe, for example, they stop robberies.
Explorer: They explore an server owned by the army, they have to see the server and tell the peace keepers so, they can hang out with that, they also have to say at our server: “This server is ruled by the persians of Club Penguin” so, no army claims it.
Diplomatic: They can make alliances only, if they are making alliances they must tell the leader of the army.
The economic division canno’t ever become superior or earn P-Points, sorry.
3 – Land Grants
Only the allies can get this honor, the capital is prohibited land grants, that means, the whole capital is ours and there is no way any army can get one at there. But our other servers we get that aren’t the capital are welcome for Land Grants.
If there is a war at a land grant, that would be very hard to keep it, not only if the server gets captured and it obviously ends. The army who haves a land grant at some of our servers have to participate at the war, if we get victorious but the army who owned the land grant did not do anything about this, the land grant ends and the rooms who we let them have at our land grant gets back to our dominion.
If our army wins the war at that server and there is a land grant, that one can grow until it has reached the middle of the server.

4 – Rules/laws
The rules/laws are very important, so, here they are
1 – No abusing another army with a name comming for another culture of the past because things happened with them, for example, you canno’t abuse the Spartans of Club Penguin (no offense, just using an example) because what happened on the 300 movie.
2 – No asking for promotions, if you ask, you will never get one.
3 – No insulting any army.
4 – No racism.
5 – Before you atack an enemy, the leader should give you the order.
6 – Do not abuse a superior rank soldier.
7 – Obey the leader.
8 – Do not join or help the enemy.
9 – No insulting.
10 – No rebellions.
If you broke a rule/law, you will be punished with being banned from the army for 30 mins, if you broke the rules/laws again and again, you will be banned from the army forever.
5 – Allies we do not accept
Actually, the allies depend from their goverment, so, here are the allies we don’t accept on the army depending of their goverment:

REMEMBER: If you ask for being an ally, we will check your site, if your goverment of the army is those two goverments i mention i will not only reject you, i will also declare war on your army, so pick you goverment wishely before allying with us.
6 – Parties
Parties we make may happen randomly and don’t happen back. So, if you want to know when we make parties each year. Here they are:
1 January: New year
21 March: End of summer/winter
21 Junie (or whatever it spells): End of autum/spring
27 August: Birthday of the leader
21 September: End of winter/summer
1 November: Anniversary of the army’s creation
14 November: Anniversary of the end of nomadism (travel place to place frequently) of our army and first servers.
21 December: End of spring/autum
25 December: Christmas
31 December: Year’s end
7 – Meet the leader
The actual leader goes at anywhere at Club Penguin, you maybe find me at some random place unhopedly, here are the rules when you are hanging out with me
1) No crowding.
2) Follow the rules of the army.

Our main mission is keep Club Penguin in peace and make it fun to all players who go there, because if somebody break one of it’s rules, it doesn’t hurt only to us, it hurts the whole game and it makes it unsafer.
