The LSA was made to remember legendary soldiers and allies.
The LSA is divided in two parts, the Hall of Fame and the Hall of Shame.
To be at the Hall of Fame, you must be a very loyal soldier/ally, never gonna give you up and be active a lot. Or other reasons. For example, Nascarman was first soldier and it’s here.

To be at the Hall of Shame (only for soldiers), you have to do all the contrary i said. You will be at hall of shame if you have -9 P-Points at least.
