The P-Points are Promotion points, those points are used basicly, to get promoted. It’s like a type of money but to get promoted, when you get promoted, they are spent out depending of your division, when you earn 10 P-Points in a division they are spent out and you need another 10 P-Points to promote again.
To get a P-Point, you must assist to every event. Here are how many an event earn P-Points:
Battles: 5 P-points
Parties: 4 P-points
Trainings: 3 P-points
Recluiting: 3 P-point
If you see you have, for example, -1 P-Points, is because you aren’t being a loyal soldier. If you get less than -10 P-Points you are demoted, if your are at a minor position and you keep having -10 P-Points you are fired from the army.
When it’s your first day at the army, you start with 0 P-Points, first soldiers start with 10 P-Points.
To turn into superior division, you need at least 30 P-Points
Remember: The highest P-Point soldier at an specific division becomes leader of it (got the idea for Nascarman43 who claimed himself leader of the air division). That means they don’t control the army, but they can ask for events (still not wars, we are very small to start fighting againist other armies!).
